Fall 2010 Textbooks and Merchandise Refund Policy
A cash register receipt for the current semester is required for all refunds and exchanges.
Fall 2010 REFUND PERIOD: August 30 - 31, 2010
Textbooks may be returned or exchanged under the following conditions:
1. You have your dated receipt for the current semester's textbooks and your credit card if it was the form of payment.
2. You have not opened the shrink-wrap packaging of your textbook.
3. You have not marked, highlighted, opened CD's, or access codes on your new textbook, My MathLab or Math XL pamphlets.
4. You bring your textbooks to the Bookstore before the end of the refund period.
*A dated cash register receipt, form of payment, and a copy of your class schedule or Add/Drop form are required for all refunds or exchanges.
*If a book is new when it is purchased it must be in new condition when it is returned. There cannot be any writing, highlights, or opened access cards, pass codes, shrink-wrapped package, or CD's. Any of these conditions will make the books used and cannot be refunded at the orignal price.
Refund policy for other merchandise:
All reference books and general merchandise must be returned within two days of purchase. The packaging cannot be opened or damaged in any way.
